Halong Bay Tour 1 day start everyday from 8h00Am.The price per person : 55 USD 

 

ITINERARY

 

Our driver and tour guide will pick the guests from their hotel in Old Quarter of Hanoi city. We will stop somewhere on the way to pick the guest up. The pick up time is from 8am – 8.30am. Please note that we will use 29 seaters bus if you want to use our shuttle from Hanoi. If you use your private transportation, please tell us to deduct the transportation fees from the total rates.

 

After picking up, our bus will departure to Halong bay. On the way, we stop about 20 minutes at Hai Duong province to do some personal needs. On the bus to Halong bay, our tour guide will introduce you more information about Vietnam, historical, culture…. and you will have a chance to exchange your travel experience. We will arrive to Halong bay at 12.00noon and check in the boat after registering.

 

Lunch is served on the boat while it is cruising to Halong bay. Before start for lunch, our tour guide will introduce you about Halong bay, some term and conditions…. On the way to Halong bay, the boat will cruise away to a lot of islands and islets. It’s time to take the great photos about the real time in Halong bay. Boat arrives to Halong bay at around 2.30pm and dock at Ba Hang floating village. Kayaking is prepared there. You will spend about 45 minutes – 1 hour kayaking around to see the little caves, islets and islands. You can go with your camera because it is safe. At around 3.15pm, you will get on the boat to cruise to see more islands, islets… By the ways, you will have more chance to take the unique photos and video. The boat will stop and dock at Thien Cung cave at 3.30pm. You will entrance to this cave and spend about 45 minutes to advanture colorly cave with thousands of shapes, great atmostphere and nice guide will lead you pass away to the cave. At around 4.15pm, you need to come back to the main boat following tour guide and cruise back to Halong pier. On the way back, our boat will cruise in different way with departure. Bus is waited for you at the pier to pick you up and transfer you back to Hanoi. The tour finishes at your hotel or your require point at about 8.30pm.

Day 1 : Hanoi – Tuan Chau – Halong Bay (Lunch + Dinner)

Day 2: Halong Bay Discover  – Overnight in Oasis Island (B-L-D)

06:30 Rise and shine, you do not want to miss out on the Halong magnificent dawn.
06:45 – 09:00 Breakfast at the cruise dining
09:30 – 10:00 Pack and prepare to check out. Drinking bills will be paid at the main bar inside our dining room
10:30 – 12:00 Our transfer boat will pick up all the customers moving to Lan Ha Bay then to our final destination – Freedom Island Retreat
12:00 – 12:20 Check-in and sip on our tasty welcome drinks, at the same time our Island Supervisor will let you know all the information on our trip schedules, regulations and safety on the Island
12:45 – 13:45 Lunch on the Island at the Restaurant area, it will be served according to the menu with special dishes, the taste of the sea prepared in a unique and harmonious way
13:45 – 14:00 After lunch, you will receive the room key and check in with the assistance of the staff on the island
14:00 – 15:30 Enjoy your delicious drinks at the open space bar area and relax, feel the fresh air, listen to the sound of the wind and the waves of the sea… You can also return to your room to rest or use entertainment services on the island such as Billiards, Table Tennis, or Beach Volleyball…
15:30 – 17:00 Our Island staff will take you to participate in a trekking program (mountain climbing) to discover the location of Ghenh Tu Do, which has the most beautiful and majestic sea view on the Island. You have the opportunity to save for yourself heart-rending experiences, beautiful and unique check-in photos only available here (please bring sports shoes/ climbing shoes and mosquito spray). Trekking time will be approximately from 45 minutes to 1 hour.
17:30 – 18:30 After the island activities, please be at our Bar area to enjoy drinks and fresh fruits during the Sunset Party and especially the Happy hour (buy 1 get 1 free drink from 17:30 to 18:30) Your soul will be released in a romantic space with music, watching the full poetic scenery of the sunset slowly falling with friends and loved ones. Sip on our excellent drinks delicately prepared by our Batenders It’s safe to say that this is considered to be one of the most beautiful times of the day in terms of space, moment, sensation and will unquestionably leave you with an unforgettable impression!
19:15 – 20:00 You will enjoy a delicious dinner at the beach area under the shimmering lights, listen to the sound of the wind and the waves harmonize into a romantic melody of the sea. Dinner will be served with BBQ dishes meticulously and delicately prepared by our Chef which will give you a true culinary experience
20:00 – 23:00 You will enjoy moments of being immersed in the cinematic space in the middle of nature with the outdoor theatre. Not only that, you can stay at the outdoor bar area to listen to music, relax, chat or simply go for a walk by the beach to feel the tranquility only here, listen to the waves and the cool taste of the sea breeze. Don’t forget our Pool or Table tennis area, here there have been countless exciting games between groups of guests.
From 23:00 onwards Time you spend the night on the island, regain energy for the next day.

Day 3 Halong Bay – Back Hanoi (B-L)

05:30 – 06:00 Dawn on the Island – You wake up to see the sunrise, enjoy the fresh morning air on the Island (optional).
07:00 – 07:45 Light breakfast with Tea – Coffee, bread, butter, jam, fruit…
09:15 – 09:45 Please check your luggage carefully and prepare to check-out, pay the drinking bills on the Island (if any: drinks, surcharges…) at the bar.
10:00 – 11:00 Please be at the Restaurant area to enjoy lunch. Our Chef will prepare you a full meal to ensure energy for the return journey.
11:00 – 11:30 Our transfer boat will take you back to Tuan Chau harbour closing the Island trip, Our bus will pick you up at the scheduled time to return to Hanoi
11:30 – 12:00 Get off board, our shuttle bus will pick you up from our waiting lounge
15:00 – 15:30 Tour ends. All customers will be drop off at the Old Quarter Hanoi

15:30 – 17:30 The cruise will bring you to the most traqul area of Halong Bay, getting away from the crowd where you can do somesault, backflip, kayak or take a dive. To top off, we also have a giant trampoline and many jacuzzis arranged around the cruise
